Guide

How to split an image into rows or columns.

When the merged image is already evenly stitched, skip the heavier cleanup path. Choose the fixed row or column layout, keep the files numbered, and export the set in one pass.

A merged image prepared for row or column splitting

Steps

Use the fixed layout when the image is already obvious.

1. Count the pieces first

If the image is a clean stack or a clean side-by-side merge, decide how many equal rows or columns you need before you upload.

2. Choose rows or columns

Use rows when the images are stacked top to bottom. Use columns when they are stitched left to right.

3. Keep the numbered order

Download order matters when the next step is a post, a review set, or a handoff to someone else.
