Terms of Service
Last updated: April 13, 2026. These terms explain how Collage Splitter works, how credits are delivered, and what users are responsible for.
Service
Collage Splitter is a web-based image splitting tool that helps users split merged images, AI collages, rows, columns, grids, and Instagram-style layouts into separate downloadable images. Collage Splitter is not an AI image generator and does not promise to create new images for users.
Accounts
You need an account to use free splits, save credits, and receive purchased credits. Keep your password private, use an email address you can access, and contact support if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Credits
One uploaded image uses one split, even if several photos are extracted from that image. Credits are added after payment is verified. Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
Payments
Paid checkout is handled by Creem. Keep your receipt if you need help with a payment or credit issue. Payment support is available at support@collagesplitter.com.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the images you choose to process. Do not use Collage Splitter to process content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Do not use the service to impersonate people, violate someone else's rights, disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security, or access admin or account data that is not yours.
User Content
You keep your rights in the images you process. You confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to upload and process your images. Because image splitting runs in your browser, Collage Splitter does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.
Refunds and Support
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. For payment, credit, refund, or account support, email support@collagesplitter.com. Include your account email, checkout email, and receipt details when available.
Service Changes
Collage Splitter may update pricing, credit packs, features, and page content as the product develops. Existing paid credit balances remain tied to your account.
Suspension
Collage Splitter may suspend or limit access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, illegal activity, repeated policy violations, or activity that creates risk for the service or other users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Collage Splitter aims to provide reliable image splitting, but does not guarantee that every image will split perfectly or that the service will always be uninterrupted.
