Credit Delivery

Credits are added to your account after payment is verified. If a paid credit pack is not added, contact us with the email used at checkout and your receipt details.

Refunds We Can Review

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • Successful payment where credits were not delivered and cannot be repaired.
  • Payment errors caused by the checkout or crediting flow.

Used Credits

Credits that have already been used for image splitting are generally not refundable unless there was a clear service-side issue.
