Who We Are

Collage Splitter is a web-based image splitting tool available at collagesplitter.com. For privacy, account, payment, or refund questions, contact support@collagesplitter.com.

Images

Image splitting runs in your browser. Your uploaded image is not sent to the Collage Splitter server for the splitting step, and Collage Splitter does not store uploaded images for normal image splitting.

Image URL Imports

If you paste a public image URL into the import tool, Collage Splitter fetches that image from the URL you provide so it can be opened in your browser for splitting. Public image URLs are not kept after the import request finishes.

Recent Jobs Stored in Your Browser

If you use the recent jobs feature, Collage Splitter stores recent split files and settings locally in your current browser so you can reopen or download them again later. This local browser storage is not uploaded to the Collage Splitter server unless you choose to send a support sample.

Account Data

When you create an account, Collage Splitter stores your email address, password hash, credit balance, image processing count, session records, account creation date, and account update date. This data is used to let you sign in, keep your credits safe, and show your account activity.

Payments and Orders

Payments are handled by Creem. Collage Splitter does not store full card numbers. Collage Splitter stores checkout request details, order status, plan, product id, credit amount, paid time, and crediting status needed to add credits to your account and resolve payment support issues.

Contact Messages

If you contact us, Collage Splitter stores your email, subject, message, status, and submission date so support can respond and resolve account, payment, refund, or product issues.

Usage Analytics

Collage Splitter records basic product events such as page views, image upload actions, split attempts, completed splits, downloads, and checkout clicks. These records use a random browser session id and do not include uploaded images or full image file names.

Optional Split Feedback Samples

If you choose Wrong split? Send sample, Collage Splitter stores your email, note, image name, split settings, and a compressed sample image so the issue can be reviewed and support can improve split quality.

Cookies

Collage Splitter uses secure session cookies for account login and admin login. These cookies are used to keep the service working, not for advertising.

Service Providers

Collage Splitter uses Cloudflare for hosting and related infrastructure, and Creem for checkout and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Data Retention

Collage Splitter keeps account, order, support, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, keep accurate credit balances, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account or data help by contacting support.

Your Choices

You can contact support to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information where applicable. Some payment and order records may need to be kept when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution reasons.

Children

Collage Splitter is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Collage Splitter uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and order data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
